Parking

Parking areas are available free of charge.

Free public parking is available at a location nearby.

Breakfast

Our handmade Chian breakfast is served from 08:30 to 11:30 in the outdoor area of the hotel.

Enjoy local products of the island, vegetables from our garden and honey from Psara with a magnificent sea view.

Please let us know if you would like breakfast.

Please let us know in case of dietary restrictions - allergies.

Internet

Wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access is available in all apartments. Wi-Fi is also available in the breakfast area and most public areas.

Cots

In case you need cots, please let us know it before your arrival.

Pillows

Selection of different types of pillows.

Beach Towels

Complimentary beach towels are available upon a request from Housekeeping or at the Reception. 

We kindly ask that you return the beach towels after use.

Housekeeping Service

Daily housekeeping is provided until 14:00.

On Sundays and public holidays, the service is available upon request.

Change of towels

In case you need new towels, please contact the Reception desk or Housekeeper.

Laundry Service

Please ask for the provided laundry bags.

As part of our effort to reduce our environmental impact, we kindly ask you to turn off all lights and air-conditioning when you leave your apartment.

Please hang all towels which do not require changing and can be used again.

Check In is available from 15:00.

Early Check In is available in case of apartment availability.

Check Out | Departure Time

Please note that Check Out time is until 11:00 a.m.

Late Check Out

If you would like to request a late Check Out, please inform the Reception at least one day in advance.

This request is subject to availability.

Late Check Out Charges: 

• Until 18:00: 50% of the daily rate.
• After 18:00: Fully-day charge applies.

                                                Luggage Storage Service – CHIOS STOCK & GO

For your convenience, there is a luggage storage service in the center of the island, allowing you to explore freely without the burden of your luggage. Chios Stock & Go is located on the back road of the port, at 10, Polychronopoulou str.

Opening hours:

Until April: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 – 18:00.

From April: Daily, 10:00 – 18:00.

Services:

• Secure storage for small and large suitcases, as well as travel bags.
• Refrigerated spaces to safely store fresh products.
• Convenient area for temporary storage and charging batteries for phones and laptops.
• Lockers available for valuable items.

*This service is not provided by the hotel but is available to assist our guests in moving around the island with ease.
