i. Do Holiday Homes’ rates include taxes?

Of course, pricing information provided by our Reservation System are final and include all taxes.

ii. Is there an advance payment for the confirmation of my booking?

A deposit amount at our bank account number is due in order to confirm your reservation! For special offers all the amount may be requested.   For special offers all the amount may be requested.

iii. What time is my check in and check time?

Check in at 14:00 pm, check out: 12:00 am

iv. How do I confirm my reservation?

Our reservation department will send you our bank account number via e-mail in order to make the relevant advance deposit.

v. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive an e-mail with a text and a downloadable printable voucher in pdf format.

vi. Can I proceed to a reservation by telephone or email?

You may book your holiday home both ways! Please contact us by Phone +30 2274021700 or e-mail or use the Booking Form.

vii.        How can I cancel or change my reservation?

Please contact us.

viii.        How do I know that my reservation has been cancelled?

You will receive notification from the hotel’s reservations department.

ix.        Do you accept credit cards? If so, what types?

Yes, we accept Visa 

x.        Do you provide shuttle service, how far is the airport from the hotel?

Unfortunately we do not provide a shuttle service, however we could reserve a private taxi transfer or rent a car for you!

xi. Can I bring my pet with me?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
